General Information

Selected Poster author(s) will be notified on November 02, 2026.

Selected Poster author(s) must provide a presentation slides, which may be complemented by video for the purpose of inclusion on the event website. Any presentation slides received after the due date, it will be withdrawn from the program and not allowed to be further processed.

IHRS Committee may change the terms and conditions when necessary.

Selected poster winners will be published in conference information media, including the Conference CD-ROM Proceedings, streamed video and on the event website.

Detailed instructions in the preparation of poster and presentations will be sent to corresponding address.

Committee will provide a token of appreciation as follows:

Top three posters winner (1st – 3rd)

One (1) return airplane ticket for domestic economy

One (1) room for 2 nights appointed hotel accommodation

One (1) free conference fee
-
D-day Speaker’s Memento (1 Memento per Group)

4th – 8th Place

7. Terms & Conditions

All candidates must submit the poster and fill in this Submission Form.

Shortlisted Posters' author(s) must then submit a presentation slides (PDF file). Author(s) may also provide complementary video.

Selected poster will be published in www.indonesia-hrsummit.com and the IHRS 2026 Committee will have copyright.
-
The representatives of top three winners will present the poster at the IHRS 2026, while the other winners will have their work displayed as a e-poster.

8. Cancellation & Withdrawal
IHRS Committee considers an accepted poster as a commitment to present. If extenuating circumstances prevent the author from making the presentation, it is the author’s obligation to find the alternate presenter and notify the committee. Withdrawals must be made in writing to the IHRS office as soon as possible. Under no circumstances that submitted poster be changed once it has been submitted. Cancellation, particularly after a poster has been accepted and publicized, is viewed by the Program Committee as highly unprofessional.
