About IHRS 2026

​IHRS 2026 is the 14th Indonesia HR Summit which will be held at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center 2 (BNDCC 2), Bali, Indonesia on 1-2 December 2026. Hosted by PetroChina, Medco Energi, and EMP (Energi Mega Persada), this summit is taking the theme “Reimagining HR Strategies & Leadership for Energy Sustainability in Indonesia”.

 

This summit is designed where people, knowledge and leadership are moving together to sustain Indonesia’s energy future.
